Our Chicago Training school ORT has both an Associate Degree in Accounting (Associate Applied Science in Degree Accounting) and a Computerized Accounting Certificate program available to our students who want career prospects in business fields immediately after graduation. The Associates in Accounting takes two years and the Accounting Certificate takes less than a year to finish. Then you will have business skills that are in high demand for corporations, the financial services industry, small to medium size companies, banking, real estate and any business that needs its books in order. Our instructor’s are supportive and competent professionals who are committed to high accounting standards. These are the skills and standards they will be passing on to you. Our Accounting programs are further evidence that ORT is “A Welcoming Community of Practical Learning.” To be an ORT accounting student you must be a high school graduate or equivalent, pass the school's entrance exam and be interviewed by the Admissions Department. Class size is limited to one student per computer and you will be trained on industry standard software. The average class size is 12 students but no more than 15. ORT is committed to small classes to increase your learning speed and retention. |
